As a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with women, adults, college students, couples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, offering personalized care to help clients navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to provide culturally responsive therapy for Spanish-speaking clients. My practice is rooted in a client-centered approach that values inclusivity, respect, and empowerment. I strive to create a safe, stigma-free space where individuals and couples can explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop meaningful coping strategies.
Through our work together, I help clients gain deeper self-awareness, recognize patterns of thinking and behavior, and foster lasting positive change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or relationship challenges, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
